How do I make an appointment?

You will need a referral from your physician to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound study or DEXA scan. Your doctor’s office will complete a requisition form and contact our scheduling department to book your appointment.

If you’re interested in any of our preventive screenings, you can schedule an appointment through your physician, or contact us directly.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment with all of your insurance information. To expedite your visit, you may complete our patient registration form online and bring a printed copy of it with you.

Is Ultrasound or DEXA painful or uncomfortable?

No! Ultrasound studies and DEXA scanning are both non-invasive, painless procedures and take no more than a half-hour to complete. Our certified technicians are committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible and will do everything they can to assure you have an easy, relaxing visit.

How do I get the results of my study?

After your study, the results are quickly sent to your physician who will contact you with the results and schedule any necessary follow-up. We work with all of our referring physicians to ensure they receive their patients reports within 48 hours of the exam performed.

What type of insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. Please visit our Billing and Insurance page to learn more. If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, please contact our billing department and we would be happy to answer any of your questions or concerns.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards and personal checks with a valid drivers license. For patients without health insurance or other self-pay patients, we offer discounts on most of our services. Contact us today to learn more about our options for self-pay patients.
